Blueprint Workshop

Turn a vague idea into a plan you can actually build.

The Blueprint Workshop is a structured working session that takes a fuzzy requirement and turns it into a defined plan: a solution design, a phased roadmap, and a costed approach. You walk away with a document you own outright, whether you build it with hirevolution, take it to another supplier, or use it to win internal sign-off.

The output pack

What you walk away with.

The workshop ends with a single, owned document: a costed, phased plan that turns the idea into something you can decide on. There is no dependency on hirevolution to use it. The output pack contains:

Some businesses commission the build from here. Some take the pack to their own team or another supplier. Either way the plan is yours, and the workshop has done its job whatever happens next.

A fixed fee for a defined plan.

Pricing

From £1,500

The fee is fixed and agreed up front, scaled to what the opportunity needs. And it is not money spent twice: if a build follows, the workshop fee is credited against it, so the planning effectively folds into the project.

Indicative starting price. Final price confirmed after a discovery call.

How it works

A defined, scoped engagement from the first call.

01

Book the workshop

A short call first to confirm the scope and the right pack size, then the workshop is booked for a date that suits. You bring the problem; no formal brief is needed.

02

The working session

A structured session, run jointly, where the requirement is mapped, the approach is shaped, and the plan takes form. The thinking is done with you, not handed down afterwards.

03

The output pack

The costed, phased plan is written up and delivered as a document you own outright, ready to act on, build from, or take to your own team.

Wondering whether a custom build is the right answer?

The workshop most often precedes a custom application or portal: the point where off-the-shelf software nearly fits and spreadsheets have hit the wall. The Custom apps and portals page explains when low-code is the right call, when full custom is, and what each one changes for a business.

From a hunch to a plan you can build.

A short call is enough to confirm the scope and the right pack size for the opportunity. The workshop does the rest, ending with a costed, phased plan you own outright, and a fee that folds into the build if one follows.
