hirevolution

For channel partners

A delivery capability you can offer, without building the team.

Plenty of agencies, telecoms providers, and consultancies have clients asking for CRM, automation, low-code, and AI work they aren’t set up to deliver themselves. Building that capability in-house means six to twelve months and a hiring bet before a single project ships.

hirevolution sits behind that work instead. It is a new capability category inside the partner’s offering, not competition for anything the partner’s own team already does, available branded to the end client or invisible behind the partner’s own brand, engagement by engagement.

This page explains how partners engage hirevolution and the two ways the commercial can be shaped. The detail is here to read before any conversation.

Engage at the depth each opportunity needs

There is no programme to join and no minimum to commit to. Partners bring hirevolution in opportunity by opportunity, at the depth that particular opportunity calls for, and the commercials are agreed for each one as it comes up.

Stage 1

Opportunity Review

A light pre-sales engagement to understand the end-client situation, surface the risks and dependencies early, and either shape a Blueprint sale or produce a short design pack the partner can use for proposal and statement-of-work drafting. Useful before scope hardens and the opportunity becomes hard to price.

Stage 2

Blueprint Workshop

A structured, fixed-price session that turns a vague client requirement into a defined plan: a solution design, a phased build plan, and an indicative implementation quote. The quote is visible to the partner only, so the partner controls how it is framed and marked up to the end client. Two pack sizes cover a business-case strengthener through to a full blueprint.

Stage 3

Project delivery

Quoted from the Blueprint output and delivered under the agreed delivery model. Once a build is bedded in, an ongoing Local Business Growth System engagement can be attached to the end client as a natural cross-sell, recurring revenue under the same model.

Full bands, commission terms, and ladder pricing are confirmed on a short call, and there is a pay-as-you-go rate for ad hoc work where the ladder is more than the opportunity needs.

Visible to the client, or invisible behind your brand

The same delivery work can be shaped two ways commercially. Most partners settle on one after a couple of opportunities, and there is no need to choose before a conversation.

Model A

Branded delivery partner

A warm-referral arrangement. The partner introduces; hirevolution is named to the end client, contracts with them directly, and pays the partner commission on the closed deal, agreed up front with no exclusivity required.

Best when the partner wants incremental revenue from conversations they are already having, without taking on delivery responsibility or owning the client relationship.

Model B

White-label delivery

A bundled arrangement. hirevolution delivers as the partner’s white-label delivery partner, invisible to the end client. The client sees one offer and one brand, the partner’s, with the capability inside it. The partner contracts and invoices the client; hirevolution invoices the partner for the delivered work.

Best when the partner wants the capability inside its own brand and proposals, and is set up to own the commercial.

Co-branding, for example “powered by hirevolution”, is available as a per-engagement flavour of either model rather than a separate option. Pick the shape that fits each opportunity.

What hirevolution brings to the partnership

The capability sits behind the partner’s client work from the first sales conversation through to live delivery and beyond. It reaches further than a small team could alone, drawing on a trusted network of specialist partners and built on established technologies, including Microsoft Power Platform, so the work stays dependable as it scales.

Across an engagement, that means:

The specialists behind a given build stay in the background; the partner keeps the client relationship and decides how the capability is presented.
